Vote by Mail (VBM)
You can no longer request a Vote By Mail ballot
If you have a vote-by-mail ballot that you haven't returned yet, you have two options to ensure your vote is counted:
Monday, November 4th - Deliver Your Completed Ballot in Person: Fill out your vote-by-mail ballot, place it in the provided envelope, and sign where indicated. Then, take it to your local Supervisor of Elections office or an authorized drop box location. In Monroe County, you can find the Supervisor of Elections offices:
5200 College Rd. Key West
10015 Overseas Hwy, Marathon
102050 Overseas Hwy #137, Key Largo
Monday, November 5th (Election Day) - Vote In Person at Your Polling Place: If you prefer to vote in person, bring your vote-by-mail ballot to your assigned polling location on Election Day. A poll worker will cancel your mail ballot and provide you with a new in-person ballot to cast your vote. If you've lost or didn't receive your mail ballot, you can still vote in person; the poll workers will verify your status and allow you to vote.
Remember, all vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. Postmarks don't count, so if you're mailing your ballot, send it well in advance. Alternatively, use the in-person options above to ensure your vote is counted.
