This Saturday, June 14th, Flag day, more than 1,600 “No Kings” protests are planned in every state and the entire Keys will be right there with them Protesting the estimated $45 million dollar, tax payer funded, UTTER NONSENSE that is planned in Washington, D.C.  In Monroe County, No Kings Day PROTESTS will be held

  • in Key Largo at the Murray Nelson Government Center beginning at 11:00 am -1:00 pm - We will MARCH to KICK OUT THE CLOWNS!

  • in Marathon - in front of the Old K Mart - beginning at 11:00 am - We will Rise Up to DEFEND our DEMOCRACY!

  • in Key West at Bayview Park beginning at 11:00 am - We will peacefully demonstrate dressed in black with our distressed flags - NO KINGS in OUR COUNTRY!

Join us and be a part of the Resistance!  Bring your friends, family and neighbors who are equally disgusted with what this administration is doing to our country!  We have signs they can hold to stand in defiance with us!  As you know, it will be HOT HOT HOT!  Bring water, wear sunscreen, and do NOT engage with anyone who may be opposed to what we are peacefully demonstrating on Saturday.  Spread the word online: #NoKingsDay

D-Day Silent Demonstration

There will be a SILENT DEMONSTRATION across the street from the VFW on the seawall side of N. Roosevelt Blvd.  We are encouraging our folks to park in extra parking spaces by Pet Supermarket, the Gulf Atlantic bank, or somewhere else close but NOT in the VFW parking lot unless, of course, you are a VETERAN.  Wear your red, white, and blue or camo and bring your flag and some water!  We will be SILENT out of respect for those who have served our nation… Help us honor our veterans by supporting the protection of their benefits.  We are asking that there be NO TRUMP/NO MUSK signs. There will be no chanting. When you arrive, look for our volunteers wearing neon green vests who will help us cross the street safely at the traffic light.

The Peoples' Protests continue this week!!!  MAY DAY STRONG!  Protecting America’s Workers!!!

  • Marathon - Thursday - May 1 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in front of the old K Mart on Overseas Highway

  • Key Largo - Saturday - May 3 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Murray Nelson Government Center

Patriots Day Protest

Come join us this in protest this Saturday, April 19th (Patriots Day) starting at 11:00 am to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the beginning of the American Revolution. 

Bring another Patriot and proudly wear your red, white, and blue!  Don’t forget your American flag.  If you don’t have one, we will have some to share or you can buy one at your local Office Depot or Ace Hardware store. Our closing ceremony at all three locations will be to swear in solidarity to protect and defend our Constitution!

From the organizers: We remember what four years under Donald Trump was like and we are NOT GOING BACK! We cannot repeat the mistakes of the past.

On November 2nd, thousands of feminists will mobilize across the nation to show our collective power.

The stakes are clear: it's freedom vs. fascism. This November, we must deliver a decisive defeat to those who threaten our rights, freedoms, and futures. Added bonus: we're electing the first woman president of the United States of America!!
