Voter Registration is over. If you are not registered to vote by now, you are ineligible to vote in the November 5th election.

Important Note: Polling Locations have Changed!
The Supervisor of Elections office has moved to 5200 College Rd. Key West. Early voting and dropboxes will NO LONGER be available at the Court House.
Several polling places have changed as well, find your new polling location here.
Voting Methods
Vote by Mail (VBM)
You must request a Vote By Mail ballot for each election. If you do not request a VBM ballot by October 24th you will not receive one.

Early Voting
Early Voting sites will be open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Early voting: October 21st - November 2nd
During Early Voting there will be a Secure Ballot Intake Station (Drop Box) for returning Vote by Mail ballots at all 5 locations listed below.

Election Day Voting
Polling places open at 7:00 a.m. and remain open until everyone in line to vote by 7:00 p.m. has voted.
You must vote in the precinct where you live.
You must bring your ID.
Precinct location updates are mailed to you on a Voter Information Card.

Florida Amendment 3, the Marijuana Legalization Initiative, is on the ballot in Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
A "yes" vote supports legalizing marijuana for adults 21 years old and older and allowing individuals to possess up to three ounces of marijuana.
A "no" vote opposes legalizing marijuana for adult use in Florida.
These funds will strengthen our schools, infrastructure, and build safer communities across Florida!
Florida Amendment 4, the Right to Abortion Initiative, is on the ballot in Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
A "yes" vote supports establishing a constitutional right to abortion before fetal viability.
A "no" vote opposes establishing a constitutional right to abortion before fetal viability.
Vote Yes on Amendment 4 to protect a woman's right to choose and ensure that reproductive healthcare decisions remain personal and free from government interference.
